Hi, my name is Amanda Minter, and I am the owner of Amanda Linn Fitness.
As a 2006 graduate with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Culver-Stockton College, I knew back then that my purpose in life is to help others. In 2008, I became an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. It’s been nothing but ever since! Fitness and Nutrition Coaching is my passion and God given purpose. I’ve had the blessing of experiencing my own journey all the while helping others through theirs, which is the greatest source of knowledge I’ve found. Each and every one of my clients has taught me something new and has made me a better coach. My goal is to reach as many people as possible, whether in person or online, and help them become better versions of themselves. My relationships and connections built with my in person and online clients are the most rewarding part of my job. Each one of you hold a special place in my heart and fuel me to become a better coach every single day. The trust and bond built is vital in my client’s progress!
My name is Suzie Palmer and I have been a trainer at Amanda Linn Fitness since 2020. I love helping others achieve their fitness goals. I am married to my lovely husband and we have two cats! My journey began with being a client of Amanda's at 23 years old, wanting to feel confident in my body and make better nutrition choices. I started out doing just cardio, weighing in at 107 lbs, but have incorporated strength training into my life and built over 20 lbs of muscle! Before my journey, I struggled with an eating disorder, depression, and a sedentary lifestyle. My new love is training others, learning the industry, doing fitness photo shoots, and bikini competitions!
