January 7th will be our first “Personal Record” day
What this means…
*This will be a bonus session and will not use up one of your program sessions
*These will occur every 4 weeks on the last Saturday of our current series
*You will book your time slot, come in, warm up and perform several of the compound exercises that we were doing in that current series.
*You will work to perform your highest weight on that exercise while keeping proper form and tempo.
If you normally come on Saturdays for one of your sessions, this will still be worked in! I’m going to add the time slots for this and they fill up, I’ll add more. Let’s get to work on these goals!!
