Semi-Private Cancellation Policy

For semi-private training, as you know, we have not had to enforce the cancellation policy much. Now that sessions are getting full, it is important that you begin following the cancellation time frame of at least 12 hours. Otherwise, late cancels and no shows cause a spot left open that someone may like to have joined. We had quite a few of these situations happen this past week. I hope that this does not become an issue so that we don't have to charge for late cancels/no shows. Of course, we understand emergencies happen and also life happens. We just want to avoid this as much as possible. We are working on adding in more sessions for more options, once I can get a clear view on what days/times need to be added. On another note, if a session that you wanted to come to is full, please join the waitlist and I will make accommodations for you if possible.
