Why We Do Fitness

As a 2006 graduate with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Culver-Stockton College, I knew back then that my purpose in life is to help others. In 2008, I became an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

It’s been nothing but this life ever since!

 

Fitness and Nutrition Coaching is my passion and God given purpose. I’ve had the blessing of experiencing my own journey all the while helping others through theirs, which is the greatest source of knowledge I’ve found. Each and every one of my clients has taught me something new and has made me a better coach. My goal is to reach as many people as possible, whether in person or online, and help them become better versions of themselves.
